I walked up the village to see the last sunlight and it's affect on the trees. I love to marvel the colours.

1873 Agenda Bureau

I bought 2 long, narrow Agenda's dated 1873 at a brocante in Moulin Engilbert last year. They are beautifully written documents. I must try and translate some of the pages. I believe there is accounting as numbers sit alongside writing and there are cows involved I'm sure. This part of Bourgogne or Burgundy is traditional for Charolais cattle. It is full still of small farms, just about clinging on for survival.

Goose

This is goosey in our spring fed pond. We also shower in the same water.  . Its also very pure, we are very lucky.
